Currently this video: YouTube - Honors Contest! is in the 1100 total comment range and my friend that uploaded it is trying to go for Most Commented Video. We need everyones help to spam on it, carry conversations do anything!! Just get it commented a lot.

Right now it'll take roughly 260 days to maybe beat Evolution of Dance who now has 217,000 comments.
