Your complaint submitted to our office regarding Microsoft Corporation has been assigned to me. I have contacted the business and requested a response to your complaint within 14 business days. A copy of your complaint was provided to the Business. I will contact you and inform you of the response. Normal complaint processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks due to the complexity and number of complaints our office receives, however, processing time may be longer during times when the volume of incoming complaints increases. Your patience is very much appreciated.

If you need to contact me, please have your complaint number available for reference. Thank you for contacting our office and I will contact you when more information is available.

If you don't wish to do it, then don't; but slander is unnecessary. And as far as complaining goes because it's free, then why even bother playing.

You still have no legal grounds despite any of that. They are just being nice through customer service since you are vocal and thus might be a threat to their PR. Another thing is that you have no proof that this actually did trigger him to recieve the prizes.

I'll make a post saying to send a letter to santa clause will get your prizes quicker and triggers microsoft to have the prizes sent in 2 weeks and it could very well work for people.
