If you don't wish to do it, then don't; but slander is unnecessary. And as far as complaining goes because it's free, then why even bother playing. |
You still have no legal grounds despite any of that. They are just being nice through customer service since you are vocal and thus might be a threat to their
PR. Another thing is that you have no proof that this actually did trigger him to recieve the prizes.
I'll make a post saying to send a letter to santa clause will get your prizes quicker and triggers microsoft to have the prizes sent in 2 weeks and it could very well work for people.
