Creator of it must be mentally ill if he thinks the state will get involved against microsoft. You don't legally have a right to get the prizes within a certain time frame even if they say 6-8 weeks, if you did then there would be a class action lawsuit.
That is like me going after the government for not giving me my federal tax refund in 6-8 weeks even though they say that as well. |
