I would recommend getting an XPS. They might be a little on the expensive side but believe me you will be glad you did.

I recommend NOT getting an HP laptop, they're customer service is terrible and they have random amount of delays when they ship products.

IBM is also good, but getting a Dell is even better !

What I recommend you do is speak to some of your friends who have a laptop that have the same requirements as you, or speak to a professional at Electronic stores such as Best Buy.
