Lest MS sends an you an email stating you violated their TOS or unless you've used a different bot since the last time you received a prize, I don't see why you shouldn't attempt it. This has nothing to do about "rights" and you won't know if you ever get your prize or not less you try. If you want to wait an inordinate amount of time, then that is your "right".
