sorry for not posting this sooner. we finally got all the accts we could working and empty. I spent about $200 in credit that was in a locked acct. 100% downloaded.

find your username:

the easy way: all you need to do is get the check out button to appear. your username should be pre-populated so long as cookies are working. if you had something in your cart when they killed the acct and cookies are working this should happen quickly. for some reason the cart works like ass for these accts. try adding something you have already purchased . you are just looking to get the checkout button. hit the refrsh button 10-15 times and hope just one time it appears in the cart. once you have the username login and change it back to the old username. password is the same.

the hardway: you could also simply brute force the username. someone want to make a bot? the username looks like this do_not_give_this_user_their_login_infoXX. XX being a number. first 9 just have a number ont he end so do_not_give_this_user_their_login_info7. I can tell you for sure that double and triple digit numbers are just thrown on the end. We had accts with numbers in the 30's, 50's, and 240's. the username looked like do_not_give_this_user_their_login_info62 as an example. your password is the same. the brute force method is actually pretty quick since you just need to change the number at the end on each attempt if cookies are working. we had to brute force an acct in the 50's.

what we know:
you need to make the username/email addy the same as it was to be able to download files.

once logged in get your acct number. take a screenshot or something. tools in india can find acct that way.

uninstall the rhapsody downloader. the zip method seems to work the best.

after finding your username and changing it back your acct will not work. the cart will work like complete ass and the check out will fail with stupid tech support error. trust me wait it out. it seems to take 4-6 hours for things to get around on there end.

when you can check out the cart seems to work but the check out process is a pain. I got failuers quite often. I just hit the back button a few times and tried again. I always got it to work.
