I have a similar situation...however, your problem has nothing to do with Club Live, so I can see why they are not being helpful. You need to contact UPS, not Club Live.
With me, I got a tracking nmber for a camcorder on July 18th. Yet it is showing Billing Information Received in the UPS tracking.
I have written Club Live at least once a week since hten, and usually they give me the standard "It is on back order" response. Today I finally blew up at them and my reply to them was something like "OK...so even though the prize is on backorder and not available, you decided to get a box...put SOMETHING in it that weighs the same amount as the camcorder, print a shipping label with my name on it, pay UPS to ship it (since UPS charges as soon as the label is printed), and send me a tracking number telling me that the camcorder was shipped. again...even though there was no camcorder?"
I repeated several times that I received a tracking number, and told that it was shipped. I even forwarded a copy of the shipping e-mail. I told them I didn't want any more canned responses and any response now should have some mention of my specific problem.
I know it won't make a difference. But it made me feel better to get it off my chest. It has been a MONTH now.
