Well, a buddy of mine did when he didn't get his office and cl told him it was out of stock even though they never took the prize off; so after he forwarded the e-mails, he got his office 2 weeks later; i'm not gonna even bother e-mailing them as they are automated; i'll just forward the email of the order conf. and go from there.
