I ordered multiple items in July that I haven't received the first of which being the mouse on July 3. I haven't sent the first e-mail to CL nor will I. I will bide my time until 8 weeks have passed then I will file a complaint here:
File a Complaint
and I will do so with each subsequent item that fails to reach my possession after 8 weeks from order date. I guarantee you won't get an automated response from these people and if enough people file a complaint using these means, I'm sure the shipping will be expedited.
